Hold down the "Windows key+R" on the keyboard 

in this dialog box in the Run dialogue box, type "CMD" 

is now a dialog box like the image of the Desktop.

Type "DISKPART" to the keyboard press "Enter" .

Now that the picture actually looks like.

 Now

1. 'Select disk 1' from the keyboard press "Enter"

2. 'Clean' from the keyboard, press "Enter"

3. 'Create partition primary' from the keyboard press "Enter"

4. 'Select partition 1"  from the keyboard press "Enter"

5. 'Active' from the keyboard, press "Enter"

6. 'Format fs = NTFS QUICK' from the keyboard press "Enter"

7. 'Assign' from the keyboard press "Enter"

8. 'exit' from the keyboard , then press "Enter". 

Now that your copy of Windows both files from "Win7" or "win8" DVD,CD drive or pen drive through the day.

Now is your pen drive bootable. 

4. You will be left the "DISKPART" system . Now use "bootsect" system to make bootable flash drive . To do this , insert the DVD for Windows 7/8 or other's in the "DVD" drive .(For this tech), the "DVD" drive is K: and a USB drive is K: ( Replace this drive letter with the letter of the correct PC )

Now type the following CMD(Command Prompt) in one command prompt for one.

1. K :

2. cd K: \ boot

After downloading the software , then the problem is you can not boot
